What ages is soft play suitable for?
Our soft play setups are suitable for children aged 6 months to 8 years. Our Mini set is perfect for babies aged 6 to 12 months, while our larger sets and roller coaster are especially popular with older kids who want a little more excitement.
How much space do I need?
As a guide, our Mini set requires approximately 3×4 m, our Standard set requires 4×4 m, and our Deluxe set requires 4×5 m. If you are unsure whether your space will work, send us a photo or description and we will recommend the best fit.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We deliver, set up, and safety-check everything before play begins, then return for pack down at the end of your hire. We aim to make the process smooth and stress-free so you can focus on enjoying the event.
Do you charge travel fees?
We service greater Melbourne. Free delivery applies within selected areas. Please include your event suburb so we can confirm whether it falls within our free delivery zone.
Can you set up indoors or outdoors?
Yes, we can set up both indoors and outdoors. We just need a clean, flat area with safe access. Outdoor bookings require suitable weather and a level surface.
What surfaces work best?
Hard floors, low-pile carpet, timber, tiles, concrete, or flat grass with our ground mats are ideal. We do not set up on gravel, dirt, or uneven ground for safety reasons.
How clean is the equipment?
Cleanliness is a priority for us. Every item is carefully inspected, cleaned, and disinfected after each hire using premium organic products. All equipment is checked again before your booking.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for public liability. If your venue requires documentation, we are happy to provide a certificate of currency.
How many children can use the setup at once?
It depends on the package and the children’s ages. Smaller setups suit approximately 4 to 6 toddlers at a time, while larger setups can comfortably accommodate 8 to 12. We will advise what is safe for your event.
How long is the hire period?
Packages typically run between 3 to 5 hours. If you require a longer hire, let us know and we can tailor a schedule to suit your event.
What are the play rules?
Shoes off in the play area. No food, drinks, face paint, glitter, or sharp objects on the equipment. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
