What ages is soft play suitable for?
Our play zones are perfect for little adventurers aged 6 months to 5 years. Everything is low, cushy and confidence-building so tiny tots can explore safely with a grown-up nearby.
How much space do I need for soft play?
As a guide: Mini likes about 2×2 metres, Classic about 3×3 metres, and Deluxe about 4×3 metres. If you are unsure, send us a photo or quick sketch and we will recommend the best fit.
Can you set up indoors or outdoors?
Yes to both. We just need a clean, flat area with easy access. For outdoors, dry weather or good cover keeps the fun going.
What surfaces work best?
Hard floors, low-pile carpet, timber, tiles, concrete, or flat grass with our ground mats. We avoid gravel, dirt, and bumpy ground for safety and stability.
How long does setup and pack-down take?
Most setups take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the package and access. Pack-down is similar. Point us to the spot and we will do the rest while you relax.
Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely. We deliver, set up, safety-check, and pack down. You enjoy the big smiles and photo moments while we handle the heavy lifting.
Do you need power?
Soft play does not use power. Jumping castles do need a standard household power outlet for the blower and the blower stays on for the whole hire. We bring outdoor-rated leads and can chat through distances if your outlet is not close.

Clear, flat space with safe clearance on all sides and overhead is important. Share your available area and we will match you to the right castle size and anchoring plan.
What about weather and wind for jumping castles?
Safety first. Castles cannot run in heavy rain or strong winds. If the forecast looks iffy, we will work with you on an indoor move or a new date, subject to availability.
How loud is the blower?
Think steady “gentle vacuum” sound. It fades into the background at most parties and is part of keeping the castle bouncy.
Do you have play rules?
Yes, simple ones that keep everyone happy. Shoes off in the play area, food and drinks outside the zone, no sharp objects or face paint and an adult supervising at all times.
How clean is the equipment?
Spotless is our love language. Every piece is cleaned and disinfected after each hire using premium organic products, and we safety-check before every booking so it feels like new.
How long is the hire period? Can I extend it?
Packages typically run 3 to 5 hours. Longer hires are available, so tell us your plan and we will shape a timeline that suits.
Do you charge travel fees?
We service greater Melbourne. A small travel fee may apply outside metro areas, and we will include it clearly in your quote.
Do I need to tidy before pickup?
No deep clean needed. Please keep food and drinks out of the play zone and remove personal items. We will whisk everything away and leave your space tidy.
